How do I digitize my notes using Rocketbook?
Simply download the Rocketbook app on your iOS or Android device. Use the app to scan your pages, and our patented image capture technology will automatically crop and enhance your notes before sending them to your preferred cloud service.
What kind of pens should I use with my notebook?
To ensure your notes can be erased and the pages reused, you must use pens, markers, or highlighters from the Pilot FriXion line. Using standard ink will result in permanent marks that cannot be removed.
How do I erase the pages?
For most Rocketbook models, simply dampen the included microfiber cloth with a small amount of water and wipe the page clean. Ensure the page is completely dry before writing on it again.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Can I return my Rocketbook if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. If you experience a defect or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Which cloud services are compatible with the app?
