Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Securely pack your Rocketbook items in their original packaging, ensuring all pens and microfiber cloths are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned electronics, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
